History

KOLTEX SYSTEM DOO" is the first Serbian manufacturer of fire hoses. We cover almost 80% of Serbian market. The factory was established as "SZR KOLTEX SYSTEM" in Sopot with an idea to enter the market with a high-quality fire hose at a reasonable price. For a start, one circular weaving loom was bought and a technology of simultaneous extrusion and weaving was developed. Production process is completely automated, ensures excellent adhesion of the inner layer to the jacket, enables production of a continuous hose of any length with high characteristics and quality.

Our fire hoses are made from high quality materials:

• jacket – polyester yarn produced by “OAO Mogilevkhimvolokno” factory, Belorussia,
• and inner and outer layer – polyurethane (TPU) from “COVESTRO” – Germany, “API” – Italy.

Today the company is called "KOLTEX SYSTEM DOO" and has 5 permanent employees. A small number of people and efficient organization ensures greater flexibility, enables team work and provides good business results. A great attention is paid to business and technical cooperation with the Clients and companies from similar industrial branches.
We have manufactured and put into operation 2 factories with our technological lines at the request of Russian clients.
The company pays great attention to modern tendencies in fire fighting and invests in broadening the range of the products.
